It all started with a little boy and a very sore tummy. Later came a diagnoses of Autism. My world felt like it was falling apart so I threw myself into the University of Google and soon discovered through hours of research that my sons diet was going to be instrumental in relieving his symptoms of Autism, and it was. With tons of therapy, Natural interventions and drastic changes to his diet, eliminating hard proteins such as Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Soy we were able to reverse 95% of his symptoms and we were on our way to getting our baby back. However that Little boy ended up having a very frustrated mom on another mission to be able to feed her child something other than cardboard tasting food, that was full of preservatives!!! I wanted people with restricted diets to be able to eat fun things like they use to, that tasted great, and also to be able to have a quick option before soccer practice or that mid week evening meeting. I figured if I could do what I was doing in my little kitchen at home there was no reason why people were being forced to purchase some of the products out on the market as their only choice. A restrictive diet can be very time consuming and with people living hectic lives, it almost seemed impossible to have a quick meal on a allergy free diet.
